I received a crap item from Moddcute/Chicinfo Ltd and they continuously ignore my request for return instructions. I've now attempted 7 times to submit a claim in Paypal's Resolution Center, but every time I hit "submit" the page refreshes and says "Something went wrong on our part." and nothing happens, nor is my claim submitted. I've been messaging someone on Paypal, but they don't seem to get it either. How do I get through to someone? I just wanted to return this crazy dress and get my money back. Thanks.
