Person claims didn't receive item

Hi, we sent out an eBay item last week via Royal Mail signed for.  According to Royal Mail's track and trace the item was delivered on 8/8 @ 10.47am and the customer's name was taken but they are now claiming they did not receive it and want a full refund and she's threatening to open a case with PayPal. I have proof of postage and delivery but just wondered if this would stop her trying to get a full refund as I think she's actually lying. Any help much appreciated.
