I am a seller on depop. I have just had a buyer try to purchase something through Paypal and they have got a message stating that I can 'not accept payments at this time'. I am not sure if there is a limitation on my account and I do not know how to check. How should I solve this?
You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
