hello, paypal has hold my money since more than one years..i sold some produtcs but the shipping partner with whom i was shipping my products didnt provided me any tracking number..and now paypal is asking for tracking number..what should i do ? i dont have tracking number..and it has been more than one year there is some claims of disputes came from buyers..and paypal automatically refunded them but rest were fine..In the balance account of my paypal my money is still there but i cant withdraw it..how do i prove it that i shipped all of the products..is there any way? thanks..can they freeze money? do they the legal powers to do so
