i had a paypal purchase that didnt end well the seller never send me the product they did send a track and trace code and they send a completely wrong item
they send this track and trace code during the dispute via paypal,and paypal closed the dispute since they probably thought that it was solved
and i cant open a new one...but it was completely wrong and i still dont have my product and i want my money back, i cant contact paypal they don't reply to my mails and i cant seem to get anyone on the line. please help
