I made a claim about 4 months ago due to me not receiving the item. Today i got notification that paypal has closed this case and sided with the seller stating that the item was delivered to me, which to this date i have still not seen it. Can anyone advise what i should do as this item was purchased in Feb 2020 , I can no longer do a chargeback from my credit card.
