I have more than 100 pounds in PayPal ever since I transferred some of my money from my Chinese PayPal to my uk PayPal. PayPal started blocking and closing my PayPal account whenever I open a new one. this time I have more than 100 pounds in PayPal and they refuse to give me my money they also said they are going to close my account to minimize there risk. ???????? what risk I don't owe PayPal or any one money they are just stealing my money. I called PayPal several times and they just hang up on me or put me on hold indefinitely. the few times I actually manage to get through they refuse to even give me a reason for closing my account and stealing my money im getting to the point where im going to have to go to the British government to report this.
