pay pal phone number for customer service

There has to be a phone number to call a customer representative for Pay Pal.  This artifical messaging is horrible.  Someone please post a number that can be reached by a real life person!

I agree. They have robots that answer the calls, saying they have limited staff because of Covid-19. Where is the LIVE tele help? It sucks.
