I have $70 negative balance that im trying to be forced to pay because someone did a fake unauthorized charge refund on me, for a services product that i provided to paypal for proof i gave it to them. is there anything i can do.
Unfortunately, nothing but to pay it. Who you sold to may not be who paid. And protection on services and digital is little to non-existent if you read the terms and conditions. You sell it at your own risk.
