right guys a got a refund and PayPal took it back out and a want to no why that happend a contact the seller and he has not got it so he says but now am out of pocket and want to no how to get it back my bank says got to be through PayPal but a cart talk to a human and the number won't ring and dont nonwhatbtk do any ideas

So x1 payment out and x1 refund in, so your all square?

If you funded the payment to the seller using bank transfer. What PayPal do here is credit the recipient on your behalf (so there is no delay in despatching your item). Then if you receive a refund in the meantime they are unable to issue this until the original bank transfer completes.
