hi my name is Radoslaw. my paypal account has been blocked because i can't prove that i am me. I totally don't get it. if I want to pay for something online then everything is ok but if I want to transfer MY money to a bank account is this a problem? I have a picture of my passport in front of me, my Tax number and first page of my tax refund. is it enough that now I send it straight to you and unlock my account or should I create a new one?
