I'm sorry to hear that you've had trouble with a transaction. I recommend visiting our Help Center for assistance filing a dispute or opening an appeal. If needed, you can also contact Customer Support by clicking 'Contact' at the bottom of any PayPal website. Support is also available through Facebook Private Message or Twitter Direct Message.
