I have provided all the information i can to remove the limitations but there is one that asks me for a receipt for items i sell when i haven't sold any items and some other things ask about the items i sell when i have only ever received money from my partner so all i can provide is my statements and id and it says they wont review until everything is filled out. what should i do?
Create a Word Doc or pdf explaining why you do not have the requested information. Once you have created this, you should be able to upload it to resolve this step. It is not guaranteed that it will be accepted, but providing this will allow the step to be resolved and once all steps have been completed, the account will move into review.
