account limitation on my account for no specific reason.so recently i recieved 23dollars from a friend who had to pay me and suddenly the next day my account s permenently limited no one would help from paypal. Saying our decision to make your account permenenetly restricted is final like thats how you treat your customers. please if someone knows how to fix it please comment it down.
