last year i disputed some transactions, the merchant was false advertising there service, paypal didnt refund them and when i kept asking who i could take the issue to and have it looked at they didnt tell me i could take it to AFCA, speaking to AFCA this morning they said i can take it up with AFCA to make paypal look into these transactions, the merchant has been found by AFCA and ASIC to be false advertising..
can PAYPAL open closed cases from last year? and get this money back??
