last year i disputed some transactions, the merchant was false advertising there service, paypal didnt refund them and when i kept asking who i could take the issue to and have it looked at they didnt tell me i could take it to AFCA, speaking to AFCA this morning they said i can take it up with AFCA to make paypal look into these transactions, the merchant has been found by AFCA and ASIC to be false advertising..   can PAYPAL open closed cases from last year? and get this money back??  ... hi, i recievied a txt on friday night saying a payment was rejected on my work phone, i viewed it this morning when i switched my work phone on, i went onto paypal to view the transaction and found over 30k aud for the same meetme group.. ive gone to the resolution center and filed fraud for about half of them bu the other ones wont let me select them even tho same amounts and same merchant, any ideas how i can put those ones in aswell? i have sent paypal a message online but said it might take abit to get back to me.   i have had someone steal my banking details earlier in the year but ANZ is refunding them once i took them to AFCA    THANKS FOR YOUR TIME STEVE  ...
