how do I convince PAYPAL to refund me, I ordered item on 4th March 2020 and still not received it. I have been in contact with seller numerous times about shipment and the seller replies back with excuses after excuses! seller has already stated that the item was shipped out late! it now 16 April 2020 and have not yet received my item!
Have tried to contact PayPal through message about getting a refund from scammers from face book They have put in resolution Center it was resolved when nothing was done Very disappointing customer service

I have more then a thousand dollars in my account I work and get paid threw PayPal since I was 17 and i disputes one thing my account is locked I called and closed it on the ai voicemail thing and I try emailing and calling no ones in buildings due too virus I need to pay bills and I need my account unlocked you can unlock and just let me take my money and close the account.
