Pookiesherlock. I hope that this issue will be resolved especially because we live In a small town that I would bet hasn’t had 20 kayaks to deliver in the lAst 10 years. I also talked to the US postal services, who informed me that the package had been delivered to a 69 oak drive Berryville Ark 72616. I have NO knowledge of here his address, And it doesn’t appear on my order or trAcking info, which is total BS anyway. So this would constitute a federal charge of theft and forgery and the mailmen and women here are surely not going to like the paperwork they forged . If PayPal doesn't heLp me i will be very happy to join your class action suit I will expose the person who ripped me off and all compsies and apps involved for the crooks that they are and won’t quit. Guaranteed !!!

A kayak?  Seriously?  How does one miss the delivery of an item this size?   I don't know how this will turn out for you but you are in my prayers that it will be in your favor.  I will let you know about how I make out with the lawyer.

I totally agree. I use PayPal thinking my money paid will be refunded if I don’t receive my item/items ordered. I felt secure ordering from an overseas company thinking that PayPal had my back. How wrong I was. Please include me in any legal actions that are filed.

Yes I have the same issue, made order and seller sends tracking number that you can't even look up.   then respond to them and weeks later get tracking number that the post office stated was delivered to a different address weeks ago and not from the company I made purchase. open case with paypal only to find later it was closed not in my favor.  They really need to protect us more from these companies that when you research have many different names to bounce around misinformation to use to delay.   I would love to see class action and for now just close my account.

Has anyone had an actual solution? I found my dispute closed when I was checking on my refund. I called in, they hand up on me, I send messages they do not respond. I have the original tracking link which states my item cannot be tracked/found paypal buyer protection is literally fraud.

Once my case was reopened. I received a refund within 48 hours. The customer service rep seemed to be very familiar with this type of concern and told me within in a few minutes what she was going to do and what I should expect. It worked out exactly as she stated.

I ordered from pigpigstore (acttup.com) and I didn’t receive my item, not the seller ( of course) proved they I receives it because I didn’t. I filed a dispute and PayPal closed it . What are my options I just lost 179.98 USD. If this seller doesn’t have PayPal as payment method I wouldn’t purchase from them. But I used to trust PayPal a s their sellers. What shall I do? Any advise?

I have the same problem. I never received my items and paypal closed my case because apparently the seller provided the delivery information which i never received. I never even received a tracking number.
