I ordered a clock, but only pieces and parts of it arrived. I wrote to them and they claimed that the clock doesn't include those pieces and parts... So I ended up spending almost $70 for a wooden base with some - but not nearly all - of the electronics I need. (And this is  despite the item description that claims and shows all the parts needed.) They were a little rude and VERY slow to reply (like, months). I'd love to know how to warn others!

I purchased from them also. I ordered a patriotic flag with eagle. It was listed as metal. When it came it was four pieces of paper thin plastic. $27 dollars for something you could buy at the dollar store for a dollar. Not kidding. Do not buy from them.

I also ordered from this company and as soon as I learned it was located in China, I regretted it.  My items, the round flag with eagle, is not metal.  You could buy this at the dollar store for a couple of dollars.  Beware and do not order.  I got 3 of them at approximately @$30 each.  Huge ripoff, but I didn't know how to cancel the order after I learned they were in China.

Hong Kong spruce trading company should not be aloud to do business with PayPal! Bought an American flag/ Eagle metal sign. Turn out to be a four inch plastic cut out in four pieces. Totally misrepresented. Can i challenge the payment?

How do I open a dispute with a seller when a purchase goes wrong?

You can open a dispute in the Resolution Centre of your PayPal account within 180 days of payment if:
•You don’t receive the item OR service
•You receive an item but it’s significantly different than the description on eBay or on the seller’s website (or you receive a totally different product).

By opening a dispute, you can communicate directly with your seller to work out a problem transaction.

If you reach an agreement with the seller you can close the dispute. If you're still not happy with the result, you can escalate the dispute into a claim. Paypal will review the claim and decide on reimbursement.

These steps apply to Personal accounts. If you have a Business account, please log in to see the steps that apply to you.

To open a dispute:
1.Log in to your PayPal account.
2. Click on the transaction and use the resolve a problem option at the bottom of that details page.

Note:
•Generally buyers must wait at least 7 days from the date of payment to escalate a dispute for an item not received
•Where an item has not been received, please ensure you have given the seller enough time before opening a dispute

Do not close the dispute until you have a refund or your item.
If a seller states that they can't refund until you have closed the dispute don't believe them.
Escalate the dispute to a claim within 20 days (before it times out), if you need Paypal to get involved.

Activate the below link in case you have to return the item at Paypals request (or the correct one for your country as this is the U.S link).

https://www.paypal.com/us/webapps/mpp/returns

If that does not work then if you funded your paypal payment via a card then contact your card issuer and see if they will issue a chargeback.

Kudos / Solution appreciated.

I am scammed big time! I bought wall hangings that should be made of metal and shockingly I received a piece of paper and plastic instead and broken too. They showed the dimension being big in the picture and not true in real. I paid $127.47 . I hope this company is caught for fraud. And every person who works there is put in jail!!!

And one more thing I received it after a month or more. DO NOT BUY anything from this company. Like others said even a dollar store does better in selling their products. Shame on this company!

They are a fraud without any doubt and keep your money for few months and I guess they invest hor months and then they pay back u after 10% charge. PayPal us not doing anything agai st them even after number of complaints. Why this company is allowed to do business in the UK so, PayPal is also responsible for this scam.
