im trying to return something on ebay but they have bad customer service
when i message the seller for a return label they keep stalling every message saying stuff like "oh but we have an offer for you , can you gift the item to friends or family and we give 10% discount back" and now they tried scamming me saying if i cancelled the return request they would give me my money back and i can keep the projector , after the 26th i cant do a return
Click on the options to raise a dispute on ebay and scroll down for more options where you should find one for item received but not as described, do not use the return request one or the seller can refuse.
If too late then come back for info on raising a paypal dispute.
