i think i got scammed

i think i got scammed i purchased from a website then 10mins later it despaired ,my payment is pending i couldn't cancel it or anything like dispute 

paypal said to ask for refund but the website is gone!

If its pending withOUT a cancel option then its not been claimed by the seller so if that continues it will time out 30 days post payment.

You can't open a dispute yet as it not been paid yet.

However keep an eye on it and if it IS claimed then you would be able to file a dispute for non receipt of item.

Mine is due out of my bank account tomorrow but just found out the company is fake. Not sure if PayPal Has paid the company yet.
