PayPal referred me to a debt collection agency and threatened court action as my bank blocked them from taking the £24.99 they wanted to tx to JIADI. The shoes ???? eventually arrived ( despite my cancelling the order - before they were shipped) They are cheap plastic with what looks like cardboard in the soles. It was going g to cost me a sac much to return them so I made a stand but PAyPal have broken me. I am on a pension and cannot afford to be defrauded. I have just paid 24.99 to a collection company hounding for payment after the debt was passed to them by PayPal - who rang me last week about the bill. I explained to PayPal I had contacted them ... at least twice online ( no response) and Jiadi asking to cancel due to concerns ie no word re delivery, poor reviews about company being a scam etc. Jiadi then sent ( despite cancellation two lumps of plastic wrapped around what feels like cardboard ) Jiadi had told me they were a German company - based in Germany and U.K. which is why I ordered in the first place. They asked me to send shoes ??? back ! To China !!! PayPal have been quick to hound me but gave no help atall. It was my bank who suspended payment when I asked them to halt payment. I am a pensioner who could I’ll afford to pay for shoddy goods - nowhere near resembling the photo. I have paid so I can cancel my account with PayPal as I can’t trust them anymore ... View more

£24.99 due out of my bank - to PayPal tomorrow. No shoes, company seems to have disappeared and all the comments on their Facebook site have been deleted. I have contacted my bank and they have suspended my account with PayPal who have failed to respond to my request to stop payment. I will close my PayPal account as they do not appear to be as safe as they claim to be., ... View more
