Good afternoon, on September 2 I ordered online from the site " tedbakervs.top" and paid for it via paypal. my payment is pending but i realized that the site cheated on me because it no longer exists. how can i cancel my transaction so i am not charged. in the activity of my account, i dont have the choose to cansel the payment.
