i asked pay pal why my Profile showing country as Singapore although i live in India. My account is limited right now.They recommended me this.Kindly suggest me what to do?

When you register a paypal account the first thing you do is select your country from the drop down list.

You must have selected the incorrect country by mistake.

You can't use another countries paypal account, its useless to you really.
