i GOT SCAMMED

Basically I bought something from paxful and the seller didnt give my item and has been ignoring me

i have send an refund request to paxful and nothing happened i paid with paypal so i went to paypal and ask for a dispute

and it got cancelled and i didnt get my money back

what am i supose to do now i worked hard for that money

You are stuck like the rest of the people paypal let scammers get away with, as even if you open a dispute as long as tracking info or enough info is given even if incorrect they would side with them and not you. 
If you paid using a card call them to try a chargeback you can get your refund that way. Otherwise well too bad you get to suffer like the rest of us.

Did you open a dispute for non receipt of item?

If not which dispute did you open?

Did you escalate it to a claim?

Did the seller provide any tracking number?

Did you pay using goods/services or friends/family.

You need to give information if you want correct advice.
