I recently got scammed on ebay and I want to do a chargeback. The scammer sent items not as described and refused to pay for shipping to return. Ebay ruled in my favor twice but then declined to send me a refund due to misinforming ebay representatives. The seller has even confirmed receipt of the item that was returned. I still did not get a refund. I can't do a chargeback through my bank because I paid through my ebay balance. I tried the resolution center on paypal since I am still in the 180 day window but when I scroll down to find the trans action the list ends 0n April 19. The transaction in question is on April 9th and today is May 13. How can I choose the transaction to dispute when the transaction doesn't appear in list as it should?
