help me get my money back plz

Hello 

so, im in this position that i am going through my tansgender transision, and by that i got a new personal id number from male to female. My problem now, is on my paypal account, i have used my new name, but with a little change in it than the original name, I have now. so i get that paypal restricts my account, but what i dont understand is that i have now tried UNSUCCESFULLY to withdraw my money, I have earned from streaming on twitch, but it wont let me withdraw! I have send paypal my danish national personal id card (photo) and a screenshoot of the bank account, i have on my paypal, with my full (new) name and everything on it.. but still they deny me to get my acount opened again so i can withdraw plz help bc i have tried so many things, now and im tired that i cant get my hard worked for pay withdrawn to my bills..
