hii paypal.

One customer case on my paypal this is my case number PP-D-103579891  .He ordered me 4 mm round zambian emerald and i send parcel to him but he didn't like it so he want refund and case on me on Paypal . i refund full amount already and customer promise to send me parcel back. I request you please dont release this payment unless i recieve my goods. because from last 3 days i have no update about my parcel.and please release his payment after my confirmation of recieve the goods back because the amount is big and i don't want any tragedy.

Firstly this is not customer services but an advice forum so we have no power to do what you ask.

Secondly refunds are automated so paypal can't stop them.

Lastly you should never issue a refund until you have the item back with you.
