have account limitations - why?

I have provided all the IDs, proof of address...got all tips green - http://prntscr.com/muj4gahttp://prntscr.com/muj6bs

I can see every funds features are available for my account. But, OMG, why do i still got my funds ON HOLD? Once I got it verifed, got the funds and it was ok. Yesterday I got the same. 
two cards were verified as well

Please, help me

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation or account issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Do you expect another user like yourself on this forum to sort out your account limitation.
