goods sold and now chargeback wanted. do I get my goods returned

I have sold an item which is now  unwanted by my customer so are they required to return the item if a chargeback is given

If customer did a chargeback through their financial institution and PayPal opened a dispute and levied a chargeback fee against your account, you MIGHT NOT get your item back BUT depending on what the reason is for the chargeback, PayPal MIGHT cover your loss.

 

Please read the Seller Protection program terms in the PayPal User Agreement by clicking "Legal" at the bottom of the page for more information.
