goods sold and now chargeback wanted. do I get my goods returned

I have sold an item which is now unwanted by my customer so are they required to return the item if a chargeback is given

If customer did a chargeback through their financial institution and PayPal opened a dispute and levied a chargeback fee against your account, you MIGHT NOT get your item back BUT depending on what the reason is for the chargeback, PayPal MIGHT cover your loss.
