I bought what was supposed to be a super comfie orthopedic relief sandal- what I received 8 weeks later, was a hard plastic block with vinyl on the top. You couldnt possibly walk in them as a shoe. Of course they came from china. About 4 weeks in, I file a dispute which took anohter 4 weeks and then I had finnaly received the item- so then I asked for a refund because the item was not as discribed. Now paypal is saying I need to file a complaint with the police or FBI or AG???? Are you kidding me? How do you get a refund with out submitting your left pinky toe?!
