So i have had this problem with a seller who has asked i return broken laser tube back to china. I have sent it to the courier, now the courier is experiencing difficulties sending out parcels due to strikes going on at my neighboring country. I can't find anywhere to apply for time extension on PayPal. What could be the best way to sort this out?
