getting help to ger my refund after paypal closed the action

I am at my wits end. I purchased an electric branch cutter instead received a little flower trimmer and not electric. I returned the item which cost a lot to send to China and never heard anything. I kept up with PayPal account checking on results and now they closed the complaint in the sellers favor so  now they have my item back plus return shipping charges and I have nothing. This is the 3rd item in a row that they closed in sellers favor and when I try to contact seller with link on top, it states that there is no such address. I am so upset. I always trusted PayPal but I don't know what is going on when they don't protect your purchase. I thought this site was safe not now only for the seller. I don't know what else to do, I am on a fixed income and ill. I can't take this anymore. Please help me get my #45.97 back.

Hope all is well and safe.  

I'm so sorry to hear on how the case was decided on sellers' favor and i sense the frustration as well.  Now my question is would be, " after you return the item to the seller have you forwarded the POD (proof of delivery) or POS (proof of postage) to PayPal? "  if not, that's the reason why case was closed. Now all you have to do is contact our customer service to ask for the case to be reopen and make an appeal.  Whats gonna happen is is that we will give you ample time (3 to 10 days maximum) to present the POD or POS to PayPal so that our back office will review the case once again and once they found out that the item was indeed deliver and they will reverse the decision in your favor. Now to get hold of our customer service representative all you have to do is go to our PayPal website at the bottom click the contact option besides help, once you click  "contact" it will route you to the page that say “Contact Us” click that and there will be options provided.

 

If it's still no response, then let's wait until our phone line becomes available. I hope i was able to assist you on your concern. Thank you for your patience and keep safe!

I was not able to follow your directions and advise. My desktop pc made an alarm go off and told me NOT TO SHUT OFF PC AND CALL WINDOWS #> I HAVE NVER HAVE THAT HAPPEN SO I JUST SHUT IT OFF AND DISCONNECTED IT FROM POWER UNTIL NOW SINCE I HAVE BEEN HACKED OR A VIRUS. IT'S SEEMS OK NOW SO I WILL TRY AGAIN TO FOLLOW YOUR DIRECTIONS. I THINK I HAD MENTIONED THAT WHEN I COULD NOT ENTER THE RETURN LABEL I CALLED AND SPOKE TO A LADY AND TOLD HER THE TRACKING NUMBER AND WAS TOLD SHE WOULD ENTER IT INTO THE SYSTEM AND THEN I SAW THE CASE WAS CLOSED. I WILL TRY TO ENTER IT BUT I DON'T KNOW IF IT'S READABLE ENOUGH FOR THEM TO SEE. I WILL TRY BUT IT SEEMS UNFAIR TO NOT GET MONEY BACK AFTER RETURN AND PAYING SUCH A HIGH PRICE FOR SHIPPING IT BACK DUE TO THEIR ERROR.. YOU SHOULD NOT BE ABLE TO SEND ANY PIECE OF JUNK IN PLACE OF WHAT WAS ORDERED. THANK YOU AGAIN
