this is the second time this has happened to me and paypal has never investigated either incidence...the first time cost me $960 plus dollars over some drug paraphenalia I never used or sold..but money was taken from my account and i was guilty without proof...now it has happened to me again...ab issue on an email in my name I have never used nor even knew existed ....but they once again accuse me without proof and dont give me any answers nor access to the depts where answers and good customer service is supposed to be available and given...who can offer some help ...that paypal obviously can't...won't ...or is not capable of giving...
