No help from PayPay on Fraudulent charges

Someone fraudulently accessed my account, purchased something, and had it shipped to their address. I have no idea who it was. I’ve reported the problem to PayPal, and their resolution was that they didn’t see anything fraudulent, and closed my dispute! Crazy. I contacted my financial institution and completed an affidavit. They reversed the draft on my checking account. Now PayPal emails me and says they have charged my account using some other method?? I’ve filed a report with the Federal Trade Commission and local Law Enforcement.  What do I do to convince PayPal?
