fraudulent charges on my account but PayPal won't help me because they are past 180 days!

I am very disappointed in the level of help I am getting with PayPal at the moment. I had missed an annual charge that was being billed fraudulently to my account since 2015. I just caught it and PayPal would only ask the company billing my account to refund one payment. This is not ok. There should be more support in this matter. I am most likely going to discontinue using PayPal for all business transactions if I can not get to a resolution. I reached out to the company and they are giving me excuses and not being helpful. I have just been getting the runaround. What do I need to do to get my money that is rightfully mine put back into my account?!

If you paid by credit card, contact card issuer.

It was charged to my PayPal account so I don't see how contacting my card issuer would help at all in this matter.
