In September 2017, I ordered a GPS unit from Hash tag savings from the www.Bonanza.com website. the payment was made thru paypal. the discover card was used in that transaction. item was purchased for $279.
I forgot about the order I purchased as some stuff came up.
recently, I was going thru my email and found the email receipt of the GPS order that I had forgotten about and I never received it.
I went to look at the paypal's transaction history for the invoice #. It wasn't listed from the 2017 period.
I checked my email's paypal email notice. I do have the email receipt of the paypal transaction using the discover card.
also, discover card has the record of that transaction.
last week, I called the number that was on the hashtag order email, a different company is using the number. the company, hash tag savings, in question is no longer on Bonanza.
is there any way to get the funds back?
