Hi! I reported an unauthorized transaction to my latest payment in one of the online shop. Paypal closed the case since they didn’t see any unauthorized transaction happened. I should have reported that i didn’t received the items instead of unauthorized transaction. I wanna know would i still be able to file another case with the same transaction? I tried but when i continued it, it says you’ve already file a case with this transaction. What should i do? Thank you
