I ordered over $350 of merchandise and paid them with my paypal balance and never received my orders. they talked me into not escalating the dispute which ended up expiring since they said they would get me my stuff the next day of the deadline of the dispute. it is now 2.5 months later and still nothing. now Im having a really hard and confusing time trying to figure out what I can do from here since the dispute is expired and not giving me the option to re open it since I let it expire.
