for some context, I recently created and started using this PayPal account as a way to get paid for selling virtual items in games
this morning I received an email that said my PayPal account will be closed on the basis that frequent money transfers in my account can be potentially related to fraudulent activity. I now have £163.20 on hold in my Paypal account which I cannot withdraw to my bank card, nor do I have a way for my customers to pay me.
