has anyone else had problems with the above company as I took a risk and purchased from them 3 weeks ago and they provided a tracking number, I have not received the item from them, and the tracking number cannot be found.

PS I am pretty sure I have been scammed although I have only lost £60 and it was a chance I was willing take, I do not want anyone else to take the same chance.

I'm having the same problem right now. I too ordered from: Han <removed> PHONE:<removed> <removed> BEIJING 100068. I ordered my 6 items on November 27th, 2020. On January 9th, 2021 A received a tacky cheap toothbrush that they wanted ME to pay to ship back to them after I chewed them out for sending me the wrong package and sending me a fake tracking number for the REshipment of my 6 itemsfor the 2nd time. That's when I realized this so called "yzygiyfue.shop" that I found on Facebook of all places is not real. It's some loser sitting on a laptop in a nasty little shack somewhere in Fengtai Qu, Beijing Shi, China who makes his living off of stealing money from honest hard-working people. I have notified PayPal of all this information and soon FB too. If you have been a victim of this person/people PLEASE share all information you have with PayPal, Facebook or wherever you did business online with them so maybe we can get them removed from these platforms. I wish we could get him/them charged and sentenced as well but haven't gotten that far yet. These people should pay for all the people they have **bleep** over!

I have had exact same problem...Went through resolution centre.. Lots of haggling and at first paypal wanted me to sent item back  to get full refund told them \i wanted to fillout the ic3 form. They reviewed case and then I got my full refund almost instantly...This company should be removed from paypal service .  Disappointed at first with paypal to tell you the truth

I finally called PayPal credit and with a 4 min call my refund was issued.

@Shortsleeves what number did you call??? The number I called wants you to wait hours or they’ll call you back, which they haven’t... I also sent a message, and I haven’t heard from anyone...

I received the towel today after waiting since August. Reported to Pay pal in September. This is obviously a scam.  I found Pay pal to be incredibly UNHELPFUL IN THE MATTER.

Oh! The towel was from them? The stole my mobey too. Pay pal don't want to refund my money.
