Okay I sent a payment and I thought it would be transferred immediately like every other payment I've sent. This payment said it needed to be verified or something. TL;DR Chase took $10 a few days after I intiated the transcation and then It finally cleared 10 days later and Chase or PayPal just took another $10 for no apparent reason. Any help guys? Could it be on Chase's end?
