Account limitations

Hi there, I am Michael and for the past week or so, whenever I log into paypal I get a notification saying there is a problem with my account and I need to resolve it to get full access to my account again. It hyperlinks me to the resolution page, but I cannot find anything to do with my problem. It may however be something to do with me having a few chargeback disputes open. With my chargeback disputes, the seller was told to reply by the 8th of July but hasn’t, however I still haven’t had confirmation on what happened to the money I would appreciate any help Thanks -Michael
