I bought something off eBay. The seller mailed me that his account was hacked and he wasnt selling anything. I thought, oh no problem, PayPal buyer protection has got me.... The money went to another PayPal user so they should fix it..... PayPal says it was a legitimate transation. Now I see noplace where i can appeal. The SOB Scammer on eBay has already delted his account. PayPal took the money out of my bank account after I repeately mailed them that is was an eBay scammer! SO what am I suppoed to do? I have blocked payments to PayPal now and told my bank to take back the money so yeah for sure I will get the money back, I am pretty sure this will get their attention but what kind of backwards business are they running? PayPal says complain to eBay... eBay says "item deleted" and the user who scammed me no longer exists!
