Hi, what do you do when a buyer has started a complaint against you as the seller and the “ refund” they want back is on hold by PayPal?

You can issue a refund from your bank account if you don't have cleared funds in your paypal balance.
OR you can just let the dispute run and if the buyer wins paypal will return the pending funds to them.
OR you can phone customer services and ask them to release the pending funds back to the buyer.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
