Paypal email is limited. Can`t send money.

My paypal email is a business email and since the other day i was dealing with a case with a unauthorized payment, now the case has closed, and its asking me for a credit card and other stuff, but I am below the age of 18 and i don`t have a credit card and the things its asking me. Can any moderators please remove the limitation? I can not do it because of my age.

If you are underage you should not be using a paypal account as you have to be 18 to have one.

So your account will remain limited and as you have broken paypal rules you 'may' have trouble opening another one when you are 18.
