My documents have been under review for 5 days now I was told no more than 72 hours I have also sent an email and no reply even though it says 24hour response for this. My money is frozen and I explained the situation in which I need that money. I’ve read this is common and I think it is poor, I’ve also read people say this can last for months even , do I get legal advice or how do I proceed going forward?
