Just wondering if anyone else has had a problem with getting a refund when your item was not delivered or was not as described? I have had both and the merchant admitted that it was the wrong item but they still continue to have me on hold since the third of July.

So looks like I am not the only one battling this place. I am going to the bbb soon if they don't return my money. I am tired of fighting for what is mine.
