disneytoy.net is a Scam. How did they fake a tracking number delivery?

I bought a purse from a website named disneytoy.net . It is a fake! They never email you back. They don't have a phone number but I am finding that more common with all online businesses now a days. I thought I was safe because I used PayPal. I filed an "item not received" claim.  I have emailed disneytoy.net several times and never got an answer. PayPal reached out to Amanda <removed>. That was the name that came up on my PayPal receipt. The name change was red flag number 1. Well, PayPal got a hold of someone and they gave PayPal a tracking number with proof of delivery! I never got a thing. Red Flag number 2 The USPS tracking number says I got a package on July 25, Sunday. I never get mail on Sunday. The case with PayPal says the item was shipped July 26? Those dates don't line up. Red Flag number 3. I went through every article on PayPal and their own directions don't work.  Their site says I can appeal the case by clicking the appeal button under actions. Well, there is no appeal button! Only a view button! No one wants to talk to me at PayPal because of the proof of delivery. I get "informed delivery" from the USPS. They have no info on this package. The tracking number only gives the city not my home address. I don't know what to do. Can anyone help?

APPEAL

To submit an appeal on the dispute that was closed, PayPal asks that you obtain a detailed report from the shipper/courier (on their letterhead or some other form of official stationary) that includes the address the seller gave them for the shipment. Or one that includes a statement mentioning your address and saying the item was delivered to a different address. THEY DON'T HAVE TO SAY WHICH ADDRESS IT WAS SENT TO, JUST THAT IT WAS NOT DELIVERED TO YOUR ADDRESS.

Check tracking in below link to see where it went.

When you have that, contact PayPal via phone (log on to your account and click contact at the bottom of the page, or via Facebook (send a Private Message to PayPal) or via Twitter (send a Direct Message to @AskPayPal) and say you want to appeal the denial of the dispute based on the shipper saying the item was delivered to a different address. Once it's submitted (you will be provided with directions on how to do that), the dispute will be reviewed further and a determination will be made.

You also have the option to contact your card issuer if you funded your paypal payment that way and see if they will do a chargeback for you.
