I payed a Cuple advisor online,I have the chat transcripts as to what i was paying for,but they just accepted the money and hung up,took the money and after asking them for refund they agreed but never refunded me and/or they took the money and stayed quiet and not do what they were supose to do.....what can be done in this case.i opened some cases before in resolution but i apperantly didnt win some.why?if im suppose to be covered by paypal and i had the transcripts?and the company of the advisors says they dont work for them so any payments are thru the readers not the company.but the advisors refuse to refund.well some.and some just get your money and leave.please help
